At PerfectDD, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label and download the return authorization slip.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items and the return slip securely in the original packaging, ensuring all labels are clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
